A long and gory history

This site was first derived in 1996 by a deranged college student that had too much time on his hands. The student, known as Sharkboy quickly became addicted to the Internet while working in the computer labs at a prestigious New Jersey university. As with any innocent addiction, his early fumblings, turned into obsession and from obsession into depraved lustful passion driven by a desire to take over the world.

From this passion came his sinister master plan for world domination. The plan became CartoonRage.com.

Ok, it’s a pretty stupid fucking plan… but that's just lucky for you. You would all be his slaves right now. You would be working for him, building his fucking pyramids. And if he ever gets out of the institution, there will be hell to pay.

Anyway, the first animation was done using Windows paint brush and the old Gif Construction Kit application. It was a modification of a under construction animation. The original animation was of a worker with a pick ax. Sharkboy removed the pile of rocks and replaced it with a person, added some slashing blood and the rest is history.

It occurred to Sharkboy that the Internet was the ultimate medium for wasting time. College students would spend countless hours just surfing the web, reading stupid shit, flunking out of school. What will happen when this moves out of the universities and into people’s homes he thought? They will all become a bunch of fucking retards. First it will be America and then the world.
